• There is NO guarantee, expressed or implied, regarding the quality, operability, or reparability of any item listed.
• Items are NOT inspected or mechanically tested, including packaging, prior to listing in the auction.
• Inspection is strongly recommended prior to bidding.
• All sales are FINAL.

💳 Payment & Pickup Policy
• Payment Deadline: All won lots must be paid within 5 days of the auction date.
• Pickup Deadline: All lots must be picked up within 5 days of the auction date.

⛔ Strict Enforcement:
• If payment is not received by Day 6, the order will be canceled and the bidder will be blocked from future auctions.
• If a lot is not picked up or shipping is not arranged (if eligible) by Day 11, the lot will be considered ABANDONED, re-auctioned without exception, and no refunds will be issued.

🏗 Pallet Policy
• Pallet Cost: $25 each (must be paid before loading into your vehicle).
• Winning bidders must remove the entire contents of each pallet, including all packaging materials.
• Selective removal is not permitted, and no debris or unwanted materials may be left on-site.
• All items on the same pallet must be picked up in full on the same day.
• If you choose to collect a pallet in multiple trips, we are not responsible for storing the remaining items.

🚚 Pickup & Loading
• Winning bidders must provide their own containers, equipment, and personnel for transporting merchandise.
• We have no obligation to assist with loading.
• Our responsibility ends when your pallet(s) are placed on the ground at the warehouse door.

💲 Storage Fee Policy

If a bidder has paid but fails to pick up within 5 days:
• We will hold the lot until Day 10.
• Starting Day 6, a $10 per item / per pallet / per day storage fee will apply.
