are used and may contain defects not immediately detectable. Bidders may inspect the property prior to

Property may be removed by appointment only Monday - Friday, and appointments must be made at
least 24 hours in advance. ALL items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time
and
date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate.

Please bring your photo ID or Buyer's Certificate to verify that you are the awarded buyer. If you are
paying
with cash, please bring exact change.

The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading, and
transportation of the property. No assistance or equipment will be provided. All property must be removed
from the Pick Up Location indicated on the Buyer's Certificate.

A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the ten (10) business
days as stated on the Buyer's Certificate.

OPTIONAL requests for packaging and palletizing: Fort Zumwalt School District may consider packing
and/or palletizing items for an additional fee of $50 per hour. This additional service is completely at the
discretion of the seller and is subject to available staffing and other resources.

The Buyer must arrange and coordinate any and all shipping. Fort Zumwalt will not under any
circumstances arrange for shipping.

NOTICE: If you are the winning bidder and default by failing to adhere to this Sellers terms and
conditions your account with GovDeals WILL BE LOCKED.

Guaranty Waiver: All property is offered for sale “AS IS, WHERE IS.” Fort Zumwalt School District
makes no warranty, guaranty or representation of any kind, expressed or implied, as to the merchantability
or
fitness for any purpose of the property offered for sale. Please note that upon removal of the property, all
sales
are final.

Description Warranty: Any claim for misdescription must be made prior to removal of the property. If
Seller confirms that the property does not conform to the description, Seller will keep the property and
refund any
money paid. The liability of the seller shall not exceed the actual purchase price of the property.

Consideration of Bid: Fort Zumwalt School District reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to
withdraw from sale any of the items listed without recourse.
