They were owned by a State Emergency Response Agency. Once a year they were sent to Ludlum to calibrate them so they are ready in case of radiation emergency. The monitors about a few years old.
The monitors were actually NEVER used by personnel.
They don't have any scratches where lanyard metal j-hook would be attached. (see pictures)
The battery screws may have scratches and dings as the monitors were calibrated and batteries were installed/removed.
The last time they were calibrated by Ludlum on 09/01/23
