This vehicle starts and runs. It was maintained every 5000 miles and was removed from service on 1-15-2025. It is an automatic all wheel drive. It is white in color with the expected dents, dings and scratches from every day use. The driver door trim is broken. Decals and Emergency Equipment has been removed and there are holes in the exterior because of this. The interior is grey cloth, the drive seat has tears, pass seat has stains and the door panel has a tear. The radio works as does the Cruise Control, Tilt Steering, Remote Mirrors, Climate Control, Power Steering, Power Windows & Power Door Locks.
This vehicle is being sold AS IS where is with all faults. We always encourage buyers to bring a trailer/tow truck to have vehicles removed from the area in the event they will not start with a boost. Normally, a vehicle with start with a jump and can be driven off site, but we always caution to be prepared.

Note: Sold as is. Please contact Purchasing Department at Surplus@AndersonCountyTN.gov to setup a pickup time. Pick ups are 8:30AM EST UNTIL 4:00PM EST, MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY, EXCEPT ON OBSERVED HOLIDAYS.
Most items offered for sale are used and may contain defects not immediately detectable. All sales are final and if bidder defaults on payment within a timely manner, their Govdeals account will be suspended. Bidders must adhere to the dates and times indicated in the item description.

PLEASE NOTE: WINNING BIDDERS WILL PAY ANDERSON COUNTY. There is a 7.5% Administrative Fee or $5 Minimum Administrative Fee, whichever is greater.
We accept cash (EXACT CHANGE ONLY), money orders or cashiers check. We DO NOT accept debit/credit cards or personal checks. Payment in full is due not later than 10 business days from the time and date of the Buyers Certificate. Unless otherwise noted, the payment location of all items will be:

Failure to secure your items within the ten day window will automatically result in your Govdeals account being locked. DO NOT BID ON ITEMS YOU CANNOT COLLECT IN TEN BUSINESS DAYS!

YOU MUST CALL 24 HOURS IN ADVANCE TO SCHEDULE A TIME FOR PICK-UP! NO APPOINTMENT NO SERVICE!
All items must be removed within 10 business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified. Successful bidders are responsible for loading and removing any and all property awarded to them from the place where the property is located, as indicated on the website and on the Buyer’s Certificate.
A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer’s Certificate.
Any item NOT picked up after the ten (10) business days will be considered abandoned property and Govdeals will be notified to request account suspension.

Buyers must pass an Insta-Check background check, which will be handled by a Licensed Firearms Dealer approved by Anderson County Purchasing. When the on-line GovDeals auction ends Anderson County Purchasing will submit the buyers information to the approved Licensed Firearms Dealer so that a background check can be performed. Buyers will be responsible for making payment for the background check fee directly to the approved Licensed Firearms Dealer. When Anderson County Purchasing receives documentation from the approved Licensed Firearms Dealer that the buyer has completed and passed the background check, Buyers will be authorized to make payment and pick up the firearms. The Licensed Firearms Dealer will assist the buyers with pre-paid shipping of firearms.
