Greenhouse approximately 60 FT long 30 FT wide 13 FT tall. Vertical framing looks to be buried into the ground, probably with concrete. All heating units shown are included. This Greenhouse is Approximately 20 Years old. None of the freestanding equipment/tables/plants are included, this auction is the greenhouse only. Winner will have 2 weeks from auction closing to remove the greenhouse. Please call the office for scheduling pick up.

Bidders are encouraged to submit their Tax Exempt Documentation prior to the Auction's close to expedite this process. ONCE THE ITEM HAS BEEN REMOVED FROM THE SELLER’S LOCATION; ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
All items must be removed within 10 business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified. Successful bidders are responsible for the loading and removal of any and all property awarded to them from the place where the property is located as indicated on the website and in the Buyer’s Certificate. Seller will not package or ship any item. Seller will not load any item on a freight carrier under any circumstance.
A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer’s Certificate.
