• The manufacturer’s plate shows this was built in 2011
• Together the unit is 20’x 60’. Each section is 10’ wide. Not sure the height but the ceiling inside is at least 9 ft. So likely the unit is ~12-15 ft high
• This unit was vandalized, all electrical and plumbing removed
• The trailers (on wheels) are included so unit is ready to be transported out.
• Client would like the trailer removed ASAP once auction has ended
*** Unit is being sold "as is-where is" and any moving permits/insurance/requirements etc. for the removal will be the responsibility of the buyer. ***
LIABILITY & REMOVAL EXPENSES:
All liability and removal expenses are the responsibility of the awarded bidder.
REQUIREMENTS:
Successful buyer will be responsible for removing the unit in the sale to the complete satisfaction of the seller. Also, the buyer must sign the “Bill of Sale” before removal can start. Buyer is responsible for arranging appropriate transportation AND facilitate ALL ASPECTS of moving the structure without the assistance of the seller.

The buyer is responsible for all aspects of pick-up / removal, including but not limited to packing, loading, transportation and exporting. Note: Shipping is NOT available.
Removal is by appointment only. All items must be picked-up / removed within 10 (ten) business days from auction closure, unless otherwise stated in the asset description. If any item(s) is not removed within the allotted timeframe, the item(s) may be declared abandoned.
At the time of pick-up / removal, you will be required to present the seller with a copy of your Buyer’s Certificate and/or bill of sale, and potentially other documentation (e.g., copy of driver's license, Authorization of Release, etc). When making a removal appointment, please confirm with the seller what is needed to release the item(s).

Guaranty Waiver: The buyer agrees to remove said property safely from City property at a time and date to be arranged. The buyer understands and agrees that said property is offered “as is and where is” by the City, and that the City makes no guarantee or warranty whatsoever as to its condition or usefulness. The buyer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the City, its officers, officials, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all loss, liability, expense, claim, costs, suits, and damages of every kind, nature, and description directly or indirectly arising from the buyer’s purchase of this equipment. Please note that upon removal of the property, all sales are final.
Description Warranty. Seller warrants to the Buyer that the property offered for sale will conform to its description. Any claim for misdescription must be made prior to removal of the property. If Seller confirms that the property does not conform to the description, Seller will keep the property and refund any money paid. The liability of the seller shall not exceed the actual purchase price of the property.
Diesel Trucks & Buses:
An on-road heavy-duty diesel or alternative-diesel vehicle operated in California may be subject to the California Air Resources Board Regulation to Reduce Particulate Matter and Criteria Pollutant Emissions from In-Use Heavy-Duty Diesel Vehicles. It, therefore, could be subject to exhaust retrofit or accelerated turnover requirements to reduce emissions of air pollutants. All Passenger Vehicles:
This agency does NOT provide SMOG CERTIFICATION or EMISSIONS RETROFIT. All smog related repairs and certifications for vehicles are the sole responsibility of the buyer as outlined in California Vehicle Code, Division 12, Section 24007.5.
Heavy Equipment:
TITLE 13 CALIFORNIA CODE DISCLOSURE OF REGULATION APPLICABILITY: WHEN OPERATED IN CALIFORNIA ANY OFF-ROAD DIESEL VEHICLE MAY BE SUBJECT TO THE CALIFORNIA AIR RESOURCES BOARD IN-USE OFF-ROAD DIESEL VEHICLE REGULATION. IT THEREFORE COULD BE SUBJECT TO RETROFIT OR ACCELERATED TURNOVER REQUIREMENTS TO REDUCE EMISSIONS OF AIR POLLUTANTS.
