Most items offered for sale are used and may contain defects not immediately detectable. License plate will be removed. Bidders may inspect the property prior to bidding. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer's Certificate.

Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 48 hours in advance. The Buyer will need to make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate. Please note that upon removal of the property, all sales are final. The license plate will be removed from vehicle.

Guaranty Waiver. All property is offered for sale 'AS IS, WHERE IS.' Oklahoma State University makes no warranty, guaranty or representation of any kind, expressed or implied, as to the merchantability or fitness for any purpose of the property offered for sale.
Upon conveyance of title the Purchaser shall have all responsibility for care and handling and all risks of loss or damage to the property and have all obligations and liabilities of ownership. The purchaser shall hold Oklahoma State University, its employees and governing board harmless from all claims made regarding the property after transfer of ownership.
Purchaser agrees that it is Purchasers responsibility to comply with any applicable laws or regulations regarding the export of the item(s). Acceptance of any bid by Oklahoma State University will constitute a firm contract. SOLD “AS IS WHERE IS” with no Warranties or Guaranties, all sales are final. Purchaser acknowledges that items purchased could be subject to United States laws and regulations, including those that relate to the export of items subject to export controls under the Export Administration Regulations, 15 CFR 730-774, and/or sanctions administered by the U.S. Department of Treasury’s Office of Foreign Asset Controls.

Purchaser agrees that it is Purchasers responsibility to comply with any applicable laws or regulations regarding the export of the item(s). You must wear a mask at all times while on the campus until otherwise noted.
The successful bidder will be responsible for packing, and/or loading any item(s) at pick-up, if necessary.
