2008 BMW 6-Series CONVERTIBLE 2-DR, 4.8L V8 DOHC 32V.

The vehicle starts with a jump start (It may need new a battery) and forward/reverse gears will engage. The vehicle has a transmission issue where it puts itself in park every few feet of driving. The vehicle was only tested in our parking lot. I was told the top doesn't work. The vehicle has been sitting approximately 2 months. Exterior condition: the paint is faded, body has several scratches and dents, some decals remain, tires are dry rotted. Interior Condition: the driver seat is torn, several pieces of trim are broken or damaged. We strongly recommend inspecting the vehicle in person if you have any questions about the overall condition. The vehicle is being sold “AS IS” and “WHERE IS”. This means we will not assist in loading the vehicle. We do our best to provide accurate descriptions of the problems with these vehicles, but unknown problems may exist. If I list a vehicle as running, that means the vehicle ran when I took photos of the vehicle. This does not always mean it will start and run when you arrive to pick it up. We will not jump start the vehicle. We will not lend tools or air up tires. Making repairs on a vehicle you purchased at our facility is not permitted. Please bring everything you need to remove your vehicle from our facility. We strongly recommend the vehicle be towed from our facility and will not be held liable if you choose to drive the vehicle. I will not speculate as to whether a vehicle will travel any distance. I will not answer questions that are answered in the description or in a photo. PLEASE READ THE ENTIRE DESCRIPTION AND REVIEW ALL PHOTOS. In person inspections are highly recommended. Inspections can be done anytime between 7am to 230pm Monday through Friday, after calling for an appointment. Pick up times once you have won an item will be the same (7am-230pm Mon-Fri.) If you win an item, please bring a photo ID and a printed copy of your buyer’s certificate. If you arrive outside these times without making prior arrangements with me, you will be asked to return during normal business hours. These vehicles are NOT fully inspected, we do not check lights, heat, a/c, horn, windows, brakes, or anything else that is not listed in this description.
