Savaria model V-1504 Wheelchair/Elevator Lift – (Buyer Responsible for Removal by July 31, 2025)
Description:
An wheelchair/elevator lift is available for sale and removal from the interior of 6 Barnhardt Circle, Fort Oglethorpe, GA. The building is scheduled for demolition, and all non-historic contents will be discarded unless removed beforehand.
This listing is for the wheelchair/elevator lift only. The successful purchaser must fully remove and transport the lift no later than July 31, 2025. The buyer is responsible for all labor, equipment, and coordination necessary for removal. No assistance or tools will be provided by the City. No extensions on removal deadline will be accepted.
IMPORTANT NOTICE!!
If the lift is not removed by the deadline, it will be demolished along with the building. In that case, the purchaser will receive a full refund of their payment.
All sales are final unless the lift is not removed by the specified deadline. Inspections by appointment only.

Inspection: Most items offered for sale are used and may contain defects not immediately detectable. Bidders may inspect the property prior to bidding. Bidders must adhere to the inspection dates and times indicated here and in the item description. Item may be inspected between the hours of 8:00 am till 10:00 am , and 12:00 pm till 3:00 pm
Monday thru Friday. Absolutely no weekend inspections.

PAYMENT
If you are the winning bidder, you will facilitate payment by referring to the My Bids section of your account.Note:
1. Payment is due within 5 (five) business days of auction closure.
2. Any invoice $5,000 or above requires payment via wire transfer.

SALES TAX
When applicable, sales tax is calculated based upon the auction’s advertised location.If you are seeking sales tax exemption, you must complete Liquidity Services’ tax exemption form(s). We recommend doing this prior to the auction’s closure or before making payment. To do so, please visit Liquidity Services' Tax Exemption Submission Tool.
Eliminazione
All items must be removed within 10 business days unless stated otherwise from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. The City of Fort Oglethorpe will not pack or ship any items. Property may be removed between the hours of 9:00 am. and 3:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding legal holidays. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer’s Certificate
