Electrical - The seller with have the electrical supply disconnected.

Mandatory - No removal equipment exceeding 5 Tonnes per axle is permitted and will be strictly
enforced.

Mandatory - Any Loads leaving site must coincide with MTO regulation (IE. Height, Width, Length.)
And be transported on a vehicle that is approved for on highway use. Farm tractors converted to
pull highway trailers will not be permitted to remove items from site.

Mandatory - Any Equipment being used to dismantle must meet current safety standards.

Mandatory - Site must be kept clean at all times

MANDATORY - The winning bidder must have the proper equipment, transportation, insurance and
shall be in good standing with the Workplace Safety and Insurance Board (“WSIB”) to safely and
properly remove the items from the location. The winning bidder MUST provide current WSIB &
Insurance to the seller prior to any removal taking place. If bidders cannot meet these requirements,
DO NOT BID.

NO ASSISTANCE OR MACHINERY WILL BE PROVIDED by the seller. If you do not have the proper
equipment, DO NOT BID.
