Most items offered for sale are used and may contain defects not immediately detectable. Bidders may inspect the property prior to bidding. Inspection is by appointment only. Please use the “Ask a Question” feature to schedule an appointment for Inspection.

Property may be picked up in Shipping/Receiving from 9 am - 1 pm, Monday - Thursday.

Once item has been paid for, please email storeroom@lakelandcc.edu or call (440)525-7004 to make arrangements for picking up your assets and to let us know estimated time of pick-up. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer's Certificate.

The Buyer is responsible for making all arrangements, providing their own materials for stabilizing items and/or tools that are needed, and performing all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. Limited assistance maybe be provided.

We do not provide shipping, even if you provide a label. Sorry, no exceptions. If you need it shipped, you will have to contact our local UPS Store to arrange pick-up and shipping of your item at (440)943-5544, when prompted, select option 9.

Auction winner must pick up the item within 10 working days after auction closes. Pick-up location is Shipping/Receiving, Lakeland Community College, 7700 Clocktower Drive, Kirtland, OH, 44094.

If auction winner does not pick up item(s) within 10 days, we will process a credit and the asset will be offered to the next highest bidder.


NOTICE: If you are the winning bidder and default by failing to adhere to this sellers terms and conditions your account with Liquidity Services WILL BE LOCKED.

Guaranty Waiver: All property is offered for sale 'AS IS, WHERE IS.' Lakeland Community College, OH makes no warranty, guaranty or representation of any kind, expressed or implied, as to the merchantability or fitness for any purpose of the property offered for sale. Please note that upon removal of the property, all sales are final.

Description Warranty: Seller warrants to the Buyer that the property offered for sale will conform to its description. Any claim for misdescription must be made prior to removal of the property. If Seller confirms that the property does not conform to the description, Seller will keep the property and refund any money paid. The liability of the seller shall not exceed the actual purchase price of the property.
