Previously used by the Town of Griffith Public Works Department, this trailer has been in service since 2006 for equipment transport. It shows normal wear and tear consistent with long-term municipal use. The overall frame and deck are in fair condition with visible rust on the wheel wells, tongue, and frame areas. It is equipped with a pintle hitch, mesh loading ramp, and metal deck. The tires are in poor condition and will require replacement. The trailer jack and lighting harness are present, but their working condition is unknown.

This trailer exhibits ordinary operational wear and tear from years of Public Works service and is being sold as-is, with no warranty implied. Buyer is responsible for removal and transport.

SALES TAX

Eliminazione

Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of the close of the auction.

The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. Bidders will be locked unless a prior arrangement has been made for any item not removed within the ten (10) business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate.
