Up for sale is a lot of 120 Dell Latitude 7420 laptops. Please see the spreadsheet below for serial numbers and total count information. All laptops were working when removed from service. However, computers have been in a K-12 school environment and the current condition of all devices are unknown. Some devices may have cosmetic, physical, or technical defects. This is a wholesale lot.
This lot will come with compatible Chargers. *THE CHARGERS INCLUDED WILL BE ON A SEPARATE PALLET.* please account for this when considering shipping. Ram and SSD are still installed in all assets.

***We will NOT ship this lot. You (or an agent) must pick this up at the school district location.***

PAYMENT MUST BE MADE ONLINE-- To make online payment, Log into your Liquidity Services account and select “My Bids”. Please follow the instructions there.
Payment in full is due not later than five (5) business days from the time and date of the close of the auction. Payment must be made electronically via the payment methods listed below.
TAX CALCULATION: Sale Tax, where applicable, will be calculated and added at the end of the auction.
TAX EXEMPTION: Where taxes are applicable (see the Buyer’s Certificate), Tax Exempt documents must be provided to Bidder Services at tax@govdeals.com within 24 hours of the auctions close and before payment is made. Bidders are encouraged to submit their Tax Exempt Documentation prior to the Auction’s close to expedite this process. Please contact Bidder Services for all tax exemption questions.

Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of the close of the auction.
The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided.
Due to limited warehouse space if equipment is not removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of the close of the auction the bidder will incur a $50/day storage fee assessed through bidder's GovDeals account. The School District of Oconee County reserves the right to allow bidder to collect equipment after ten (10) business days after payment of storage fees OR cancel the auction, keep any payment, (if applicable) reauction the items, and refer the bidder to GovDeals support recommending their account to be suspended.
