The Property must be removed within 30 business days from the time and date of payment to Metro, or issuance of Buyer’s Certificate, if sold via third party auction. Buyer is responsible for loading and removal and transport of the Property from the Metro location where the property is located as indicated on the website and in the Buyer’s Certificate “(“Removal”). The Buyer will perform the Removal including but not limited to providing all labor, materials, equipment, tools, and incidental labor necessary for its performance. Buyer will supervise and direct the Removal. Buyer is responsible for obtaining and paying for any necessary travel permits or licenses and fees necessary for the Removal. Buyer will protect, and take every reasonable precaution to avoid damage to, all public and private property that could be damaged by its operations. Buyer will perform no excavation, concrete cutting, deconstruction or alteration of Metro property or structures. At completion of the Removal, Buyer must remove Buyer’s tools, removal equipment, and shall return any damaged or altered portion of Metro’s property to at least its pre-removal condition.
