Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of the close of the auction.
The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. Bidders will be locked unless a prior arrangement has been made for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate.

Pick up by appointment only. Must be picked up between the hours of 7:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m., Monday-Friday from the Noblesville High School, 18111 Cumberland Road, Noblesville IN 46060. Must provide a copy of your receipt. Schedule pick up date and time with Tony Dieppa by email (tony_dieppa@nobl.k12.in.us) or phone (317-773-4680 x12186). Buyer is responsible for moving the equipment and must provide their own cart/dolly/straps for moving equipment. NOTICE: If you are the winning bidder and default by failing to adhere to this sellers terms and conditions your account with Liquidity Services WILL BE LOCKED.

Noblesville Schools, IN makes no warranty, guaranty or representation of any kind, expressed or implied, as to the merchantability or fitness for any purpose of the property offered for sale. Please note that upon removal of the property, all sales are final.
