Winning bidder must contact the Denver Surplus Warehouse, PRIOR to making online payment or clicking the decline shipping button, for further instructions if shipping is requested.
Payment must be made within five (5) business days of close of auction. Removal must be made within ten (10) business days of close of auction. No exceptions!!! If you do not abide by these terms your account with GovDeals will be locked!!!

Payment in full is due not later than five (5) business days from the time and date of the close of the auction. Payment must be made electronically through the GovDeals Website. Payment Methods are listed above.
TAX CALCULATION & EXEMPTIONS
TAX CALCULATION: Sale Tax, where applicable, will be calculated and added at the end of the auction.
TAX EXEMPTION: Where taxes are applicable (see the Buyer's Certificate), Tax Exempt documents must be provided to GovDeals Bidder Services at tax@govdeals.com within 24 hours of the auctions close and before payment is made. Bidders are encouraged to submit their Tax Exempt Documentation prior to the Auction's close to expedite this process. Please contact GovDeals Bidder Services for all tax exemption questions.
Eliminazione
Removal hours are from 8 AM to 3 PM, Monday through Friday, excluding legal holidays and government closures. The Bill of Sale must be presented at time of pick-up. No exceptions! Buyer/Transport Company will be turned away if the Bill of Sale has not been presented.
Buyer shall remove auction item(s) from said agencies premises within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Notice of Award. If the Buyer, after making payment for an item, fails to remove the item within the specified time, the City and County of Denver reserves the right (1) to retain any and all payments; and (2) to dispose of the item as deemed desirable by the agency.
Shipping is available for this item(s). The City and County of Denver will box, pack and ship item(s) through USPS if buyer provides a prepaid shipping label AND pays The City and County of Denver a handling fee AND executes a shipping liability waiver. Successful bidders MUST contact the Denver Surplus Warehouse, PRIOR to making online payment or clicking the decline shipping button, for further instructions if shipping is requested. Under no circumstances will the City and County of Denver be liable for any direct or indirect damage associated with the packaging and shipment of the item(s).
A daily storage fee of $10.00 will be charged for any item not removed within the ten (10) business days allowed and stated on the Buyer’s Certificate.

However, neither the descriptions provided, including, but not limited to, manufacturer’s name, model numbers or physical characteristics, nor any oral statements made by the City and County of Denver concerning any item shall be considered a warranty, express or implied. The City and County of Denver is not responsible for any omissions or errors in the description of items being offered for sale. All sales are final. Under no circumstances will a refund or adjustment be made due to the property failing to meet buyer’s expectations.
