Invoicing & Payment: Indian buyers will get Asset value + GST +TCS invoice from seller in INR ( Necessary registration formalities to be completed by new buyer which will take 7-10 days time for asset Invoice generation).
Liquidity Services UK will issue 18 % Buyer Premium Invoice from United Kingdom Office in USD. Exchange rate will be applicable on the day of invoicing. On receipt of both amounts i.e. Asset Value with Taxes to seller & Buyer Premium to Liquidity services UK Ltd , Buyer will get clearance for removal of assets. Please call us for more details.
Safety meeting will be conducted with buyer before starting removals. Buyer must adhere to safety requirement from seller. Please refer inspection , payment, removal & special instruction fields for detailed information.
The Buyer's Premium rate of 18% applies to this sale.

PAYMENT MUST BE MADE ONLINE -- Please Consult us before placing any offer to understand payment process.
To make online payment, log into your Liquidity Services account and select 'My Bids'. Please follow the instructions there.
Payment in full is due not later than two (2) business days from the time and date of the close of the auction.
* Final offers are subject to the confirmation from Seller. Winning buyers will be notified about collection procedure after full payment.
* Seller will collect buyer details to create code in system for invoice generation.
* GST & TCS will be applicable as per Government rules at the time of dispatch.
* Please ensure beneficiary receives 100% of the invoice amount, all bank charges shall be borne by payer.
* All prices are net prices and subject to 18% buyer's premium.
* Buyer will get asset invoice( Basic + GST) from seller in INR for Indian buyers & in USD for overseas buyers. Exchange rate on the day of invoice will be applicable. Liquidity Services will raise separate invoice of 18 % Buyer premium in equivalent USD’s from United Kingdom Office. Buyer must bear WHT (Withholding Tax), TDS (Tax Deducted at Source), Bank transaction charges.
* Clearance for removal of machine will only be given after receipt of Asset payment & Buyer Premium amount.
* Currency: USD / INR

Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of the close of the auction .
* Buyer & his appointed agency should undergo safety training before engagement of dismantling. Ensure the valid documents and certificates for asset pick up vehicles. Buyer must sign EHS documents before starting work. Seller reserves all rights to stop the work for any safety issues. Buyer must provide RA, MA & Loading Diagram in advance. Dismantling can only commence after clearance from sellers safety team.
Buyers must use his own agency for dismantling, packing & loading activities. Appointed agency must follow safety training, guidelines, workshop procedures & plant timings( Monday to Friday - 7 AM to 5 PM). * Buyer must appoint his supervisor during removal activities. Buyer must submit ID proof,ESIS / EPF number , Insurance copy of Supervisor prior to commencement of work. Buyer must use seller approved agencies ( for ex. lifting thru Hydra, crane, Forklift) for working inside plant wherever applicable & pay necessary charges to them.
Oil & coolant will be drained by seller as per EHS Norms. Seller will disconnect Main Electrical supply from machine control panel.
