The description of property offered for sale has been compiled from available data, but there is no guaranty or warranty on the part of the County as to condition or quality, or that the property offered or a portion thereof may not be withdrawn prior to the sale. Bidders are invited and urged to inspect the property before submitting their bid. Inspections are available by appointment only. Please contact Mr. Simuel Booker at 804-501-5692 to schedule an appointment. The responsibility as to the condition of the property rests with the bidder. Under no circumstances will a refund or adjustment be made because property not coming up to the standard expected, nor will failure to inspect be considered grounds for such claim.

PAYMENT
If you are the winning bidder, you will facilitate payment by referring to the My Bids section of your account.Note:
1. Payment is due within 5 (five) business days of auction closure.
2. Any invoice $5,000 or above requires payment via wire transfer.
3. Depending on your history with GovDeals, you may be limited to the number of auctions/transactions that you can participate in simultaneously AND/OR the dollar amount that you can pay via credit card, debit card or PayPal. For additional insight, please visit the Probation FAQ.
SALES TAX
When applicable, sales tax is calculated based upon the auction’s advertised location.If you are seeking sales tax exemption, you must complete Liquidity Services’ tax exemption form(s). We recommend doing this prior to the auction’s closure or before making payment. To do so, please visit Liquidity Services' Tax Exemption Submission Tool.
Eliminazione
Pick up can be made Thursday's from 8am to 3pm, at designated pick location on Govdeals Certificate
Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified. Successful bidders are responsible for loading and removal and any and all property awarded to them from pick up location indicated on the website and in the Buyer’s Certificate. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. Under no circumstances will Seller assume responsibility for packing, loading or shipping. The County staff can furnish no service of any kind. For information, please contact the agency representative listed in “Govdeals Certificate ”. The successful bidder must assume all liability that may be incurred in connection with the removal of the property from the premises. If the purchaser does not remove the property purchased on the specified date on the award notice, the County of Henrico reserves the right re-sell the property .
No repairs will be allowed on County property.
Please contact Simuel Booker at 804-501-5692, at least 24 hours in advance to schedule a time for pick-up. **The Buyer’s Certificate serves as Proof-of-Purchase and must be presented at the time of item removal.
If you plan to have a third party complete removal of this item/lot, you must complete and sign the Authorization of Release document found on this link. The signed copy must be sent to the email listed on your Buyer's Certificate prior to any removal arrangements being made.
