WINNING BIDDER MUST CONTACT SELLER PRIOR TO ARRIVING to verify payment has cleared and for instructions on pickup and removal or to authorize a third-party to pick up the item. All assets must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of the auction’s close. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified.

If there are any issues with the item at the time of removal, resolve them with the Seller BEFORE THE ITEM IS REMOVED.

The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, dismantling (if applicable), loading and transportation of the property. Under no circumstances will Seller assume responsibility for packing, loading or shipping.

If Buyer uses a third party for pick up of item(s), *PRIOR TO ARRIVAL*, Buyer must fill out "Authorization of Release" form and email to Seller and give permission for the third party to pick up the item(s), providing the third party's name and/or company, and if possible provide picture ID of the third party individual whom will be picking up the item(s).
