* All assets are unused products and sold on "As is, Where is" basis with all faults and without recourse. Each of the seller, the Auctioneer and, where applicable, Liquidity Services has used its reasonable endeavors to ensure that the description of each lot(s) appearing on the Site are accurate, but the buyer relies upon such description at its own risk. Buyers should satisfy themselves prior to the sale as to the condition of the lot and should exercise and rely on their judgment as to whether the lot accords with its description at their own risk;
Pagamento
* All prices are net prices and subject to 18% buyer’s premium;
* Transaction currency: USD;
* Payment type and due: Wire Transfer;
* Liquidity Services will issue proforma invoices and all payments must be made to designated bank account prior to pick-up; payment due 3 days upon proforma invoice date;
* Please ensure beneficiary receives 100% of the invoice amount, all bank charges shall be borne by payer;
* Buyer must use the same entity name for deposit (if applicable), bidding and payment;
Eliminazione
* Buyer should strictly follow seller's schedule for collection;
* Buyer should be responsible for all the export and import related matter and cost;
* Loading cost at the Distribution Center (DC) is on buyer.
