2022 TOYOTA TUNDRA SR5 TRD CREWMAX. After market heavy duty bumper / WARN winch. Engine replacement via Toyota recall at 23k miles; 8k miles on new engine. Throwing "grille shutter malfunction" code / check engine light post engine replacement; replacement part in hand. New offroad tires; 3k miles on tires. Some rust on frame. Body and interior in perfect condition.

When the Toyota dealership replaced the engine, they failed to reconnect the grill shutter actuator. That throws a code until it can be properly reinstalled and calibrated. Only effect is that it disables the cruise control. Vehicle is in perfect running condition otherwise. 06/10/2026 17:48:37 PM
Hi. The description lists that there is some rust on the frame and I can see some of that in the front wheel well on some of the suspension. parts. Thank you for that disclosure. Would you consider uploading more photos of this evidence there and any other locations? Was this vehicle driven onto the beach sand or into saltwater? Just curious what the cause and severity of it is, given that it is only 4 years old. Just looking for the best possible idea of what all would be needed to correct this since rust can be anywhere from a small problem to a big one! Thanks! 06/10/2026 14:07:54 PM
I had Toyota check on that issue multiple times. They stated: "Normal wear and tear, but can be treated". For what that's worth! It has never been driven on the beach or through salt water. 06/10/2026 18:21:19 PM

The buyer is responsible for all aspects of pick-up / removal, including but not limited to packing, loading, transportation and exporting. Note: Shipping is NOT available.
Removal is by appointment only. All items must be picked-up / removed within 10 (ten) business days from auction closure, unless otherwise stated in the asset description. If any item(s) is not removed within the allotted timeframe, the item(s) may be declared abandoned.
At the time of pick-up / removal, you will be required to present the seller with a copy of your Buyer’s Certificate and/or bill of sale, and potentially other documentation (e.g., copy of driver's license, Authorization of Release, etc).
