2011 Kenworth T400. Cummins ISL 9L engine was running at the time of the accident. Eaton Fuller 8LL manual transmission with PTO was functional at the
time of the accident. Odometer could not be verified, estimated at 250,000 miles. GVW is 60,000 lbs with air brakes. Truck has double frame, air ride
suspension/cab, 20,000 lb front axle , DSP41, 40,000 lb rear axle with 4.33 ratio. Unit is equipped with a 4,500 gallon. , 4 compartment body that was damaged
during the accident, it has a hole in the side. EXCELLENT TRUCK FOR PARTS OR REBUILD…
A Clean & Clear title will be mailed to the registered buyer. SOLD AS IS, NO WARRANTY OR GUARANTEE.
We strongly ENCOURAGE potential bidders to take advantage of the opportunity to REVIEW all photos / videos

later than 10 days after the purchase date. Vehicles remaining after 10 days will be CHARGED $25 per day for storage.
ITEMS remaining after 30 days will be considered abandoned and resold without refund.
The truck must be TOWED OR HAULED. NO loading assistance is available from the seller.

SALES TAX
When applicable, sales tax is calculated based upon the auction’s advertised location.
Alabama residents must pay applicable sales tax on all items ( No Exceptions)

Eliminazione
The buyer is responsible for all aspects of pick-up / removal, including but not limited to packing, loading, transportation and exporting. Removal is by appointment only. All items must be picked-up / removed within 10 (ten) business days from auction closure, unless otherwise stated in the asset description. If any item(s) is not removed within the allotted timeframe, the item(s) may be declared abandoned. Items remaining after 10 business days will be charged $25 per day storage.
At the time of pick-up / removal, you will be required to present the seller with a copy of your Buyer’s Certificate and/or bill of sale, and potentially other documentation (e.g., copy of driver's license, Authorization of Release, etc). When making a removal appointment, please confirm with the seller at 205-965-6644 what is needed to release the item(s).
