This is a cash sale, you are bidding on the FULL PURCHASE PRICE. Buyer must have cash ready at auction's close. Buyer is responsible for any and all property taxes or Association fees currently owing on property, if any.
Seller will deliver property via Quit Claim Deed.

The Buyer Service Fee is to be paid electronically via the 'My Bids' page. The remaining sale amount is paid directly to client at either time of pickup or according to any special payment instructions.
Buyer to pay buyer’s premium with a $100 minimum and closing costs of $500, which includes deed preparation, recording fees and transfer taxes.
The Buyer's Certificate will contain information to schedule payment.
Once the Buyer Service Fee has been paid to Liquidity Services, payment of the asset in full is due no later than five (5) business days from the time and date of the Buyer's Certificate. Acceptable forms of payment are: Certified Cashiers Check, Money Order, or use of payment website.
