The property being sold in this auction are the contents of safe deposit boxes reported to the District of
Columbia, Unclaimed Property Unit by various safekeeping repositories. The boxes have been unclaimed by
the owner for more than 3 years from the date on which the lease or rental period expired.
All items have been appraised by a certified appraiser.
Item Description:
A / 18kt yellow gold necklace (tested, not marked) Necklace has cabochon cut blue stones (some are damaged) Length is approx. 17 inches and an additional one inch from pendant. Weight is 19.5 grams.
B / 22kt yellow gold (tested, not marked) ring with oval amethyst stone. (approx. 9mm x 11mm). Weight is 3 grams and ring size is 5 1/4.
C / 22 kt yellow gold (tested, not marked) ring with an oval blue stone. Weight is 3.3 grams and ring size is 7.
D / 22kt yellow gold (tested, not marked) pin with horseshoe design in clear round stones. Weight is 4 grams and length is 2 inches.
E / 18-inch strand of round garnet beads.
F / Three spoons, two silver tone and the other mother of pearl.
G / Silver tone round pin with large round center purple stone.
H / Two toned locket with stones, silver tone pendant and gold tone tie tack.
I / silver tone chain with pendant (has been repaired)
J / 23 pcs varied colored stones and faux pearls.

Eliminazione
Removal: Items must be picked up in person. Buyers must pick up within six (6) calendar days of auction close. After 6 days, auctions will be canceled. If auction canceled, buyer's account will be locked. Removal is by appointment only. Appointments for removing the property will be available Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 8:30am to 3:00pm. Once item is paid, please email dcauction@dc.gov to schedule appointment.
*Appointments must be scheduled by 4:00pm EST on the Monday prior to the desired appointment time.* No packing or shipping available. If you need packing/shipping, please contact a third party shipping company. We cannot recommend any specific companies. If sending a shipping company, family member, friend, or other representative to pick up for you, that person MUST bring the following:
1: copy of buyer's driver license
2: signed note (or emailed note) from buyer giving permission to pick up
3: buyer certificate (sent to buyer when auction closes)

All items are sold as is where is with no guarantees or warranties. All sales are final once items leave our facility.
