When applicable, sales tax is calculated based upon the auction’s advertised location.If you are seeking sales tax exemption, you must complete Liquidity Services’ tax exemption form(s). Once payment has been made, please contact Zac Fralix to schedule a time to pick up property. PHONE 931-766-0900 or 931-629-9833. Office hours for Lawrence County Solid Waste are Monday-Friday 7:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.
ONCE THE ITEMS HAVE BEEN REMOVED FROM THE SELLER’S LOCATION; ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
All items must be removed within 10 business days from the date and time of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified. SELLER WILL HAVE A CRANE AVAILABLE FOR REMOVAL AND LOADING OF BALER ON DECEMBER 5, 2022 AT NO EXPENSE TO THE BUYER. IF PICKUP CAN NOT BE ARRANGED BY THE BUYER ON DECEMBER 5, REMOVAL AND LOADING EXPENSE WILL BE AT THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE BUYER.
A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer’s Certificate.
