This Sensi Q Technologies Pioneer FE with DiSPR had low utilization while in the lab, it was fully operational when removed from service. However, we currently have lack the facilities to test it. So, its present functional condition is unverified.

The SensiQ Technologies Pioneer Fragmentation Edition with DiSPR is a sophisticated tool designed for the rapid identification and characterization of fragment-based drug candidates. It utilizes the diSPR™ technique, which is a dynamic injection SPR method that provides enhanced information content, including binding affinity characterization, without the need for time-consuming individual concentration dilutions. This technology allows researchers to obtain affinity values (KD) with a single injection, significantly speeding up the screening process. The Pioneer system is equipped with the OneStep® gradient injection method, which acquires reliable affinity (KD) and kinetic (ka, kd) data directly from primary screens, enabling the prompt identification of lead candidates.
