This trailer has a badly cracked and mostly missing vent cover over the bathroom. This has led to significant water damage to the bathroom walls and ceiling. The bathroom sink has a cracked electrical outlet cover. Fridge is quite clean, but these are not connected to shore power so I don't know if it still works. Microwave is missing, as is the cabinet frame that would have retained it. Lower bunk platform is not original but was Lower bunk platform is not original but was replaced well. Rear windows in sleeping area are have leaked (or been left open) and wall beneath each is water damaged. Mattresses are missing for both lower and upper bunks. Dinette top is delaminating; dinette cushions are still in place, but all are badly stained. Fold-out couch is also stained, and questionable. Behind the couch, there is a body seam (between front wall of trailer and the floor) that is gapped up to 1/3in, in places. Living area roof vent looks intact but shows signs of leakage (i.e., adjacent ceiling light fixture shows water damage). Cabinetry is largely intact with the exception of a floor-level storage box (pictured). Every surface, drawer, cabinet, and cushion needs cleaning. Exterior: sunshade is badly UV damaged. Exterior light cover(s) missing or cracked. Tires have tread but may be sun-damaged/cracked (two are flat). Still has two deep-cycle batteries (unknown if they hold a charge) and two large propane tanks (presume empty).
