Please note that the Tank was operational when removed from service; however, no guarantees are made regarding its condition. The absence of any mention of defects does not imply that the item is free from issues. We strongly encourage all potential buyers to inspect the Tank before placing a bid.
Auction Details:
• Condition: Item is sold as-is. No warranty or guarantee of functionality.
• Pickup Only: The item must be picked up Monday–Thursday from the listed location. We will not ship under any circumstances.
• Large Item Notice: This is a large and heavy item. The buyer is responsible for bringing adequate equipment, personnel, and transportation necessary for loading and removal. Assistance from seller personnel may be limited or unavailable.
• Other Items: Any items shown in photographs that are not the 80 Gallon Holding Tank are not included in this auction.
• Payment & Pickup: Buyers are required to complete payment within 5 business days and arrange for pickup within 10 business days.

If you are the winning bidder, you will facilitate payment by referring to the My Bids section of your account.Note:
1. Payment is due within 5 (five) business days of auction closure.
2. Any invoice $5,000 or above requires payment via wire transfer.

SALES TAX
When applicable, sales tax is calculated based upon the auction’s advertised location.If you are seeking sales tax exemption, you must complete Liquidity Services’ tax exemption form(s). We recommend doing this prior to the auction’s closure or before making payment. To do so, please visit Liquidity Services' Tax Exemption Submission Tool.
Eliminazione
Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer's Certificate.
Removal appointments are available Monday through Friday, between 8:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m.
The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate.

Guaranty Waiver. All property is offered for sale 'AS IS, WHERE IS.' Sullivan County Community College, NY makes no warranty, guaranty or representation of any kind, expressed or implied, as to the merchantability or fitness for any purpose of the property offered for sale. Please note that upon removal of the property, all sales are final.
Description Warranty. Seller warrants to the Buyer that the property offered for sale will conform to its description. Any claim for misdescription must be made prior to removal of the property. If Seller confirms that the property does not conform to the description, Seller will keep the property and refund any money paid. The liability of the seller shall not exceed the actual purchase price of the property.
