This Auction represents the negotiation process to finalize the price the winning bidder is offering to pay. The

The school has been vacant since the 2021-2022 school year however there has been yearly inspections as well as a number of people that rented the space for numerous activities. It has two stories, there is a basement where the main entrance is and it is septic water. I'm sorry but I'm uncertain if there will be any additional foreign tax in that case. I believe it depends on what the intention behind the purchase of the property is but I'm not 100% sure. The cost would vary a lot depending on the year since every winter is different. When looking at the 2020-2021 winter costs for the oil heat, the ballpark monthly cost would vary between 400-1 000$. The school does have electric baseboard heating but only for very few areas. 01/08/2026 11:39:59 AM
