Viewing is strictly by appointment only.
Most items offered for sale are used and may contain defects not immediately detectable. Bidders may inspect the assets prior to bidding. Inspection is by appointment only.
Pagamento
Wire Transfer is the only payment option for this item. The Wire Transfer Transaction Summary page will provide payment and account information. The Wire Transfer must be completed within 5 days unless otherwise specified below.
Payment in full is due no later than five (5) business days from the time and date of acceptance of offer(s) / close of auction. Acceptable forms of payment are: ZA Rand, electronic funds transfer (EFT). Buyer’s Premium of 12% will be added to your winning bid on the invoice. VAT: 15% will be charged on the Buyer’s Premium only.
Retirada
Assets may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
All items must be removed within seven (7) business days from the time and date of acceptance of offer(s) / close of auction, unless agreed otherwise. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the assets.
No Assistance will be provided.

Disclaimer: The auctioneer or his agent shall be entitled to bid up to the reserve price on behalf of the seller, but shall not be entitled to make a bid equal to or exceeding the reserve price.
We do not guarantee the weight of an asset as shown on the plate or manufacturing documentation, where the asset is sold as a lot not to be reconciled over a weighbridge.
NOTICE: If you are the winning bidder and default by failing to adhere to this sellers terms and conditions your account with Liquidity Services WILL BE LOCKED.
Guaranty Waiver. All assets are offered for sale on a 'VOETSTOOTS' 'AS IS, WHERE IS' basis. The seller makes no warranty, guaranty or representation of any kind, expressed or implied, as to the merchantability or fitness for any purpose of the asset offered for sale. Please note that upon removal of the asset, all sales are final.
Description Warranty. Seller warrants to the Buyer that the assets offered for sale will conform to its description. Any claim for misdescription must be made prior to removal of the assets. If Seller confirms that the assets does not conform to the description, Seller will keep the assets and refund any money paid. The liability of the seller shall not exceed the actual purchase price of the assets.
