Elite IGATE RC1 Flight Simulator
The computers and displays do power up and all seem to function. We have no experience utilizing this specific simulator for training purposes and cannot guarantee the complete functionality of the simulator or components. What is pictures is what is included in the purchase:
- AATD simulator (computers and cables)
- Included joystick, throttle stack, and rudder pedals
- TV Monitor Display
- Instructor Computer
- Monitor stands
- Instruction/user guide
What's wrong:
- the rudder pedals do not connect to the system. The cable is plugged in, but without further investigation, not exactly certain what is the issue.
The simulator and all components are being sold "as-is" with no express or implied warranties. Buyer is responsible for arranging pickup and removal from the current location. Inspection is permitted by appointment only by contacting the seller at 618-259-2531.

I don't have the exact age of the simulator. I do have documentation from the FAA stating that it was certified as early as April 2006. It has been recently powered up (as shown in the pictures) and with minimal knowledge on the system, we were able to get 95% of the simulator operating. With a bit of programming and time, the remainder of the issues could probably be sorted. To my knowledge, the rudder pedals were not connecting to the simulator (although present) and the center avionics display screen does power and work, but needs realigned within the computer program 90 degrees. Without digging further into the system, I am not aware of any other issues. We don't have the time, resources, or overall knowledge of the simulator to troubleshoot it any further than what we have. We are selling this simulator for a tenant that no longer has a need for this simulator in their operation. 02/11/2026 12:12:56 PM

The buyer is responsible for all aspects of pick-up / removal, including but not limited to packing, loading, transportation and exporting. Note: Shipping is NOT available.
Removal is by appointment only. All items must be picked-up / removed within 10 (ten) business days from auction closure, unless otherwise stated in the asset description. If any item(s) is not removed within the allotted timeframe, the item(s) may be declared abandoned.
At the time of pick-up / removal, you will be required to present the seller with a copy of your Buyer’s Certificate and/or bill of sale, and potentially other documentation (e.g., copy of driver's license, Authorization of Release, etc). When making a removal appointment, please confirm with the seller what is needed to release the item(s).
