Item Detail: The Milwaukee PACKOUT Modular Storage System is the industry's most durable and versatile storage system. The PACKOUT 15 in. Structured Tote features tear-resistant layered ballistic material, a reinforced structure that holds its shape over time and has a carrying capacity of up to 50 pounds. The impact-resistant molded base connects with other Milwaukee PACKOUT system components via integrated locking cleats. The 15 in. structured tote has all metal hardware, YKK zippers and 39 pockets. The padded shoulder strap quickly and conveniently stores on the handle for maximum organization. The PACKOUT Modular Storage System allows you to customize and build your own tool storage system to easily transport and organize your tools and accessories. Material: Polyester.

These items may show signs of use, damage, and wear and tear or may be missing pieces, depending on the condition. Every listing on AllSurplus Deals will contain the following descriptors. Please review carefully before bidding:
• Each item will be noted as Damaged, Not Damaged or Unable to Determine.
• AllSurplus Deals will test items for functionality wherever possible in accordance with the condition of the unit.
• If an item remains in original packaging, we will note this on the listing.
• AllSurplus Deals will assign a condition for all items based on a visual inspection of the unit.

All of the assessments above combine to give you a clear idea of the condition, nature, and inspection performed on a unit. Please use this information to determine if you would like to place a bid on this item.

Winning bidder will be notified by email.
All items won must be paid for within 48 hours of auction closing.
If payment for an item is not received within 48 hours of auction closing, it will be considered in default. The buyer account will be noted, and the item will be re-listed in a future Deals auction.
--Two (2) defaults on the same buyer account in 90 days will result in that buyer account being suspended from participation in future auctions.
Taxes and Exemptions
Sales tax, where applicable, will be calculated and added at the end of the auction.
Tax Exemption
Where taxes are applicable (see the Buyer’s Certificate), Tax Exempt documents must be provided to Bidder Services at taxhelp@liquidityservices.com within 24 hours of the auctions close and before payment is made. Bidders are encouraged to submit their Tax Exempt Documentation prior to the Auction’s close to expedite this process. Please see the Tax Exemptions section in Help / FAQ page to submit your documentation.
Retirada
Property may be picked up by appointment only. Pickup must be scheduled through the online scheduling app.
The winning bidder will receive an email with a link to the scheduler once the item is marked paid.
Pick up appointments must be made at least 1 hour prior to pickup time, and not later than 3 days (72 hours) after payment of the invoice.
Items not picked up within 3 days (72 hours) of payment of the invoice will be considered abandoned. Refunds will not be issued, and the item will be re-listed in a future auction.

All property is offered for sale 'AS IS, WHERE IS.' AllSurplus Deals makes no warranty, guaranty or representation of any kind, expressed or implied, as to the merchantability or fitness for any purpose of the property offered for sale.
Returns
AllSurplus Deals will provide an opportunity and space for the customer to inspect all items won.
It is the responsibility of the customer to inspect all items prior to leaving the premises. AllSurplus Deals will not issue refunds once an item has been removed from our lot.
Allowances will be made for returns and refunds in the following circumstances:
• Item is not as described (item is green, but description says its blue)
• Condition is incorrect (we said unit is new, but is Open Box)
• Item fails functional test while customer is on site
• Incorrect item provided to customer
If a customer does not accept an item for any of the allowances listed above, the customer will be refunded in full and AllSurplus Deals will retain possession of the item.
Refunds
Refunds will be made to the method of payment used to pay the invoice for the item. Please allow up to 10 business days for order refunds to be fully processed and appear on the buyer’s end. Note: Credit Card/PayPal transaction refunds may be executed within a shorter timeframe.
