Construction Type: Wood Frame
Measurements: 24'x32' (768 sq. ft) and are sitting on concrete block piers on concrete pads on the ground.
Known Condition Issues: Roof Leak, HVAC does not work, missing fan.
Additional Features: includes stairs, deck, skirting, HVAC, chaulk boards, shelving that is attached to the walls
Removal will have to be on a weekend or when school is not in session. Removal of the portable must be completed by July 10, 2026 and coordinated with the School Board.
Site Access & Removal Requirements
The buyer is fully responsible for arranging the safe removal and transport of the portable. Any skirting, decks, ramps, or steps attached to the portable must be removed by the buyer.

Access may be limited by other portables and overhead utilities
Buyers are encouraged to inspect the site to assess removal logistics
All work must be performed in a safe manner and in compliance with local regulations and site rules.Portable is located on school property. There are utility lines that will need to be considered for removal.
The buyer is responsible to move the portable(s) from site without damage to buildings, etc. The buyer will be responsible for hiring a licensed and insured carrier. They must obtain all required permits /escorts. The purchaser will be responsible for any liability costs if the moving permit or police escort are not provided as required.
The cost to remove the portable is the sole responsibility of the purchaser. Any damage or loss caused during the removal of the portable and any costs to repair such damage are also the purchasers responsibility. The purchaser is responsible for any damage to property due to moving.
The buyer is responsible for ensuring the site is left clean and free of all debris resulting from the removal of the portable.
NOT included is furniture, Smart Boards and Projecter or projector screens.
Viewing is avaible after school hours or on weekends. (after 4pm during the week for the outside of the building). Appointment viewings can be made for April 17 in the morning by appointment only.

Removal is by appointment only. All items must be picked-up / removed within 10 (ten) business days from auction closure, unless otherwise stated in the asset description. If any item(s) is not removed within the allotted timeframe, the item(s) may be declared abandoned.
At the time of pick-up / removal, you will be required to present the seller with a copy of your Buyer’s Certificate and/or bill of sale, and potentially other documentation (e.g., copy of driver's license, Authorization of Release, etc). When making a removal appointment, please confirm with the seller what is needed to release the item(s).
