Buyer is responsible for the loading/moving/packing needed for removal of auctioned item(s). The buyer is expected to bring all necessary equipment (trailer, winch, jump starter, air compressor, dollies, tools, etc.) to load and remove the equipment safely. Please plan accordingly for the removal of these items, as no assistance from LPSS will be provided
1 Lot Consisting of Approximately 1 Playground structure with various steps, ladders, steps, slides etc. - All contents of this sale/lot must be removed in its entirety. Buyer must arrange removal, disassembly and transportation. Buyer assumes all damages to the equipment during removal, disassembly and transportation of ALL the property in the lot. No Assistance will be provided. Items to be removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate
Seller makes no warranty, guaranty or representation of any kind, expressed or implied, as to the merchantability or fitness for any purpose of the property offered for sale. No guarantee as to the safety or ability to use in the future for its intended purpose. Please note that upon removal of the property, all sales are final.

The end date has been extended to allow for the removal from the ground of the structure. The structure is been taken down in pieces. The site where the structure is been stored is a Construction Site. Upon removal proper PPE (Hard Hate , safety vest and closed toe shoes) will be required for all persons involved with the loading of the structures

Retirada
The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. Bidders will be locked unless a prior arrangement has been made for any item not removed within the ten (10) business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate.

If Seller confirms that the property does not conform to the description, Seller will keep the property and refund any money paid. The liability of the seller shall not exceed the actual purchase price of the property.
