Well for starters you think maybe you could provide the model #? It should be on the same area as the serial number and voltage info. It kinda helps as there are over 5k products this company has their name on. Second question and i know im asking a lot, but does it run? Turn on? At like it might even clean? Since I, like many other bidders, am over 1000 miles from your location, in person inspection is not possible, so we have be extreme and actually trust what you tell us.
