How old is this timber, had it been graded and what was it initially being used for? 01/29/2026 00:40:19 AM
The timber were purchased in 1995 to replace signs that were damaged in the flood, so 30 years. The grade was dressed 4 sides. They are used in the various parks around the city for path markers and sign posts 02/03/2026 12:01:50 PM
Before bidding, I wanted to confirm whether there is any flexibility on the standard 10-business-day removal window if the lot is awarded. I am actively arranging equipment and transport for pickup, but due to the size of the material and third-party scheduling, it may require more coordination time. About a ¼ inch of rot. Its really dry down there. Only the 10' are on the ground. Yes we can help load with a machine. 02/20/2026 18:03:49 PM
