We require an appointment with at least 24 hours' notice for in person pickup at our Platte City yard. Anyone not adhering to this rule will be turned away and asked to make an appointment. We do have equipment on site and will asset with loading. We reserve the right to refuse to load a vehicle if our operators feel it is unsafe! It is the buyer's responsibility to show up prepared and with adequate equipment to haul their purchase.

NOTE: Only certain auctions will be offered with shipping. Please make sure that your address on file with Govdeals is current, because that is the address we will ship to. If you are wanting shipping to a different address, please let us know over the phone, as we cannot guarantee we will see the request in an email.

If it is it will be noted in the heading and description. We offer both packing and shipping for items at the buyer's expense. Shipping is done through either the US Postal Service or UPS. Shipping insurance is available (and recommended) at the buyer's expense. Large items over 100lbs ship LTL truck freight. PLEASE NOTE: Shipping can take up to 5 business days from the time that you pay for your item. We strive to get items out the next business day after you make payment, but due to the high volume of items that we ship, it can sometimes take a few days. Feel free to contact us for a shipping estimate. In person removal is by appointment only. Appointments MUST be scheduled AT LEAST 24 hours in advance. All items must be picked-up / removed within 10 (ten) business days from auction closure, unless otherwise stated in the asset description or previous arrangements have been made in writing. Any item(s) is not removed within the allotted time frame, the item(s) will be declared abandoned and no refund of payment will be issued.

NOTICE: If you are the winning bidder and default by failing to adhere to this seller's terms and conditions, your account with Liquidity Services WILL BE LOCKED.

All auctions are "Subject To Seller Confirmation", this means we reserve the right to award or deny an auction for any reason including not meeting an expected price.

Guaranty Waiver: All property is offered for sale “AS IS, WHERE IS.” (Seller) makes no warranty, guaranty or representation of any kind, expressed or implied, as to the merchantability or fitness for any purpose of the property offered for sale. Please note that upon removal of the property, all sales are final.

SHIPPING COSTS WILL BE ADDED TO YOUR INVOICE ONCE THE AUCTION IS OVER, AND ONCE PAID WE WILL SHIP YOUR ITEM AS SOON AS POSSIBLE! ITEMS WILL BE SHIPPED TO THE ADDRESS ON FILE, AND TRACKING NUMBERS WILL BE EMAILED!
