will start however engine needs repair or replacement -- 2 cylinders have no compression. Taken out of service a few years ago due to the engine having no power. MUST TOW. Everything else on the wrecker was in functioning condition when taken out of service
Like all our vehicles, it is sold AS IS, WHERE IS. Please see vehicle inspection form. No repairs allowed to be made on our lot. Seller will provide no assistance with removal -- come prepared to remove it off the lot yourself.
Buyer will be issued a "Government Form SF97 Application for Title" which will allow bidder to apply for clear title in any state. Please call 24 hours ahead to set appointment for pickup. Winning Bidder will be required to appear in PERSON at pickup, If the winning bidder is not able to pick up in person, a notarized POWER OF ATTORNEY will be required to release the vehicle to any other party.

If Seller confirms that the property does not conform to the description, Seller will keep the property and refund any money paid. The liability of the seller shall not exceed the actual purchase price of the property.
