All items must be removed within 10 business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified. Successful bidders are responsible for loading and removal and any and all property awarded to them from the place where the property is located as indicated on the website and in the Buyer’s Certificate. The BUYER is responsible for ALL LABOR and TRANSPORTATION necessary to REMOVE these items from Roane State premises. We DO NOT ship items. We DO NOT load items. We DO NOT put your items in boxes or on pallets unless they are already prepared that way. We DO NOT weigh items for you. We DO NOT make arrangements for a third party to send them to you. It is your responsibility to bring the labor and equipment necessary to load and remove the items from our property. If someone other than you picks the items up, then it is your responsibility to ensure that they can pack and load your items. Please do not bid on this item if you do not have the means to pay for, load, and transport the item within the time-frames specified herein. Property may be removed between the hours of 8:00a.m. and 3:00p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding legal holidays.
A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer’s Certificate.

Any claim for an incorrect description must be made prior to removal of the property. If Seller confirms that the property does not conform to the description, Seller will keep the property and refund any money paid. The liability of Seller shall not exceed the actual purchase price of the property. ***Please note that upon removal of the property, all sales are final!
