2017John Deere TX Gator Service Cart
Used and inoperable Cart has been diagnosed with bad rings; engine will start and idle for a short period before losing compression and it will stall. Other undiagnosed issues may exist. Hour meter was replaced and shows 87hrs, however unit has over 2600hrs prior to replacement. Other components on dash are missing, and holes are left behind. Starter was recently replaced and will remain on the cart, dump bed works, and unit has power. Cart has scratches and blemishes consistent with normal use and the age of the unit. Places of rust on the unit. Decals have been removed which left slight halo on paint. Cart has been serviced by our Fleet Department at scheduled intervals. Nothing in the background of any picture is included in this auction. Vehicle is sold in “AS IS” Condition. Items MUST be paid and picked up within 10 days of auction end. Items not paid and picked up within that time frame will be defaulted and reauctioned. Inspections are available by appointment only. Contact Alice Saroka at (561) 804-7026 for appointment. No inspections will be considered without an appointment. You may inspect items prior to placing a bid.

PAYMENT MUST BE MADE ONLINE-- To make online payment, Log into your GovDeals account and select “My Bids”. Please follow the instructions there. Payment in full is due not later than five (5) days from the time and date of the close of the auction. Payment must be made electronically through the GovDeals Website. Payment Methods are listed above. TAX CALCULATION & EXEMPTIONS, TAX CALCULATION: Sale Tax, where applicable, will be calculated and added at the end of the auction. TAX EXEMPTION: Where taxes are applicable (see the Buyer’s Certificate), Tax Exempt documents must be provided to GovDeals Bidder Services at taxhelp@liquidityservices.com within 24 hours of the auctions close and before payment is made. Bidders are encouraged to submit their Tax Exempt Documentation prior to the Auction’s close to expedite this process. Please contact GovDeals Bidder Services for all tax exemption questions. If you are the winning bidder and default by failing to adhere to this sellers terms and conditions your account with GovDeals WILL BE LOCKED.
Retirada
If you are the winning bidder, contact the Seller PRIOR to arriving to verify payment has cleared, for instructions on pickup and removal, and to verify the location of the item to be picked up. You must pay on line; no payments will be accepted on site. All assets must be removed within ten (10) days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified. No vehicles will be removed within the first twenty-four(24) hours of the winning bid. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. Under no circumstances will Seller assume responsibility for packing, loading or shipping. To pickup the property you must make an appointment please call Alice Saroka at (561) 804-7026. We will then schedule a time for pickup. Most hours will be between 8:00am to 2:00p.m. ,Monday through Friday, excluding City holidays.
