Items are not packed and ready to ship, see pictures. The buyer is responsible for arranging the packaging, moving and loading.

Items have to be moved by hand using dollies and or hampers. If the buyer and or shipping company picking up the items are not equipped with the manpower

and truck with a lift gate to remove items in a timely manner, please do not place a bid. ****

Items are in two different rooms. Both rooms are near each other on the basement floor. There is a loading dock area, and a ramp down a couple feet to the basement

floor. The buyer would need to back down and load using a truck. The loading dock is right in the middle of the two rooms.

Overall condition may vary due to out of service date. Guaranty Waiver. All property is offered for

If a third party is completing the removal an authorization of Release document will need to be completed and signed by the buyer. This form will be supplied to the buyer at the completion of the auction. The signed copy must be emailed to gary.rotondi@doa.ri.gov prior to any removal arrangements being made.
