Buyer is responsible for ALL moving, packing and loading of equipment. These machines will need to be moved down a long hallway to be removed from the building and through 2-3 sets of doors. You will need dollies and/or carts and a crew of helpers. All are on the first floor of the building.

The gym is open from 6:00 am-1:00 pm Monday-Friday. The gym will remain open until July 31. Let the check in desk know that you are there to look at the items for auction, which is 99% of the gym. If you need directions, please email me directly. 07/09/2026 08:46:42 AM

What is the extraction path and means of egress for the equipment? Double doors , steps, elevator?? 07/24/2026 11:08:43 AM
The gym is on the first floor so the only elevation would be the curb outside. There are 4 double doors to maneuver through. The smallest measurement is 5' width (may be tight) to account for door handles, and 6' 7-8" height to account for mechanisms on the top of doorways. SALES TAX
When applicable, sales tax is calculated based upon the auction's advertised location.If you are seeking sales tax exemption, you must complete Liquidity Services' tax exemption form(s). Retirada
Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer's Certificate.
The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. Please come prepared with adequate support and supplies to move items. No Assistance will be provided. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate.

Description Warranty. Seller warrants to the Buyer that the property offered for sale will conform to its description. Any claim for misdescription must be made prior to removal of the property. If Seller confirms that the property does not conform to the description, Seller will keep the property and refund any money paid. The liability of the seller shall not exceed the actual purchase price of the property.
