* All prices are net prices and subject to 18% buyer’s premium and applicable taxes (13% VAT on asset and 6% VAT on top of buyer’s premium is needed as well). If buyer places RMB100 on line, buyer shall to pay 100×1.13+100×0.18×1.06=RMB132.08;
* Transaction currency: CNY;
* Payment type and due: Wire Transfer; GoIndustry DoveBid will raise proforma invoices first and all payments must be made to designated bank account prior to pick-up; payment due 3 days upon proforma invoice date;
* Please ensure beneficiary receives 100% of the invoice amount, all bank charges shall be borne by payer;
* Buyer must use the same entity name for deposit, placing offers and payment;
