1、拆卸与运输：乙方负责安排设备的断电、拆卸、吊装(含高空吊装工作)、包装及运输、保管，并承担由此产生的一切费用(包括人工费、机械租赁费、物流费等)。乙方在作业过程中应遵守当地的安全生产法规及甲方的现场管理规定。
2、本次标的我司要求泰国境外，BOI监管期以内物资乙方如擅自变动设备外置及最终所在地(泰国境内)，或因该变动产生的额外运费、过境/进口许可费、
仓储费、罚金、BOI补缴税金、其他等第三方费用及法律风险等所有相关成本及后果，均应由乙方自行承担；因此类变更导致合同无法履行的，由乙方承担违约责任。

Inspeção
Most items offered for sale are used and may contain defects not immediately detectable. Bidders may inspect the property prior to bidding. Inspection is by appointment only. Please use the 'Ask a Question' feature to schedule an appointment for Inspection.
Pagamento
The Buyer Service Fee is to be paid electronically via the 'My Bids' page. The remaining sale amount is paid directly to client at either time of pickup or according to any special payment instructions.
The Buyer's Certificate will contain information to schedule payment & removal.
Once the Buyer Service Fee has been paid to Liquidity Services, payment of the asset in full is due no later than five (5) business days from the time and date of the Buyer's Certificate. Acceptable forms of payment are: U. S. Currency, Certified Cashiers Check, Money Order, or a Company Check (with Bank Letter guaranteeing funds - mandatory).

Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of the close of the auction.
The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. Bidders will be locked unless a prior arrangement has been made for any item not removed within the ten (10) business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate.

Guaranty Waiver. All property is offered for sale 'AS IS, WHERE IS.' The Seller makes no warranty, guaranty or representation of any kind, expressed or implied, as to the merchantability or fitness for any purpose of the property offered for sale. Please note that upon removal of the property, all sales are final.
