Each smooth, 2 kW heating area is made of durable cast iron to help retain heat, while also making it much easier to clean than traditional ranges with coil-style burners.

A fully welded, aluminum steel frame with stainless steel front, sides, backriser, and legs provide outstanding durability in your busy, commercial establishment.
