****Buyers Using Third Party Shippers o DuPage Golf requires a photo copy of the credit card user's driver's license, signed Bill of Sale, and a completed Authorization of Release Form emailed to Luke Strojny (lstrojny@dupageforest.org) prior to scheduling a removal date with us. Bill of Sale and Authorization of Release Form can be obtained by contacting Luke Strojny at 630-451-3417 DuPage Golf requires the buyer to provide third-party shipper’s company name, a phone number and email address prior to removing the property. o DuPage Golf does not allow exceptions even if the buyer insists that they have already made arrangements for removal.

Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer's Certificate.

The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate.

Winning bidder MUST MAKE AN APPOINTMENT TO PICK-UP PURCHASED ITEMS as well as be held responsible for removal of purchased items at his/her own expense. Forest Preserve District employees will not be available to assist in any way of loading and/or removal of units.
*** DuPage Golf will not release any purchase to anyone other than the buyer, unless a signed authorization is received by us from the buyer, along with a copy of the buyer's driver's license or State ID. If you are the winning bidder and plan on sending another party (employee, family member, friend, or even a paid shipper, anyone other than yourself), please contact us immediately after payment so we may send you the authorization form.

Purchased units MUST BE REMOVED FROM PREMISES within ten (10) business days from time & date of issuance of the Buyer's Certificate. Days/hours for access to pick-up purchased items will be Monday through Friday between the hours of 9:00am and 3:00pm CDT.

NOTICE: If you are the winning bidder and default by failing to adhere to this sellers terms and conditions your account with Liquidity Services WILL BE LOCKED.

Guaranty Waiver. All property is offered for sale 'AS IS, WHERE IS.' DuPage Golf, IL makes no warranty, guaranty or representation of any kind, expressed or implied, as to the merchantability or fitness for any purpose of the property offered for sale. Please note that upon removal of the property, all sales are final.

Description Warranty. Seller warrants to the Buyer that the property offered for sale will conform to its description. Any claim for misdescription must be made prior to removal of the property. If Seller confirms that the property does not conform to the description, Seller will keep the property and refund any money paid. The liability of the seller shall not exceed the actual purchase price of the property.
