All items MUST BE PICKED UP. SHIPPING/PACKAGING OF THESE ITEMS IS NOT AVAILABLE
The location for pickup is at NYCT SOUTH BROOKLYN
ALL winning Lots will need to be picked up at one time.
VIEWING OR INSPECTIONS ARE NOT PERMISSIBLE FOR THESE ITEMS.

Items can be picked up on Tuesdays and Thursdays BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. Tuesday hours are 7am - 2pm. Thursday hours are 7am - 2pm. No alternate pick-up dates or times will be provided. All pick-up arrangements, including any necessary transportation are the buyer's responsibility. Please ensure all logistics are in place prior to bidding, as failure to pick up within 2 weeks will result in storage fees, cancellation of the transaction and account suspension. Requests for an extension must be submitted via email to Asset.Recovery@nyct.com in a timely manner and are at NYCT's sole discretion.

TAX EXEMPTION: Where taxes are applicable (see the Buyer’s Certificate), Tax Exempt documents must be provided to Bidder Services at tax@govdeals.com within 24 hours of the auctions close and before payment is made. Bidders are encouraged to submit their Tax Exempt Documentation prior to the Auction’s close to expedite this process. Please contact Bidder Services for all tax exemption questions.
