- Doors, HVAC, and lighting have been removed
- The steel where the tongue of the trailer meets the main body of the trailer is cracked 95% through
- Structural defects in the interior walls, causing doors to come out of alignment (prior to removal)
- There is no title

PAYMENT MUST BE MADE ONLINE-- To make online payment, Log into your Liquidity Services account and select “My Bids”. Please follow the instructions there.
Payment in full is due not later than five (5) business days from the time and date of the close of the auction. Payment must be made electronically via the payment methods listed below.
TAX CALCULATION: Sale Tax, where applicable, will be calculated and added at the end of the auction.
TAX EXEMPTION: Where taxes are applicable (see the Buyer’s Certificate), Tax Exempt documents must be provided to Bidder Services at tax@govdeals.com within 24 hours of the auctions close and before payment is made. Bidders are encouraged to submit their Tax Exempt Documentation prior to the Auction’s close to expedite this process. Please contact Bidder Services for all tax exemption questions.

Retirada
Purchased material will be released only upon receipt of payment. Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of the close of the auction, unless a prior arrangement has been made. A daily storage fee of $25.00 per day may be charged for any item not removed within the ten (10) business days allowed or within the period to which such time may have been extended by the Seller. Bidders’ accounts may also be locked due to failure to follow payment terms or remove the property as specified above. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No assistance from the Seller will be provided.
