The dartboard does not recorder the score anymore and the basketball game was in working condition when taken out of service. Accessories not included.
This sale is offered on an "as-is" basis and comes without any warranty.
The buyer is accountable for arranging pickup and transportation.
The buyer is REQUIRED to provide the necessary personnel and equipment for collecting the item(s) from the seller's premises.
The seller does not provide shipping services to any destination; therefore, items must be collected from the seller's location.
Pick Ups are by appointment only Monday-Thursday, 8am-3pm.

SALES TAX
When applicable, sales tax is calculated based upon the auction’s advertised location.If you are seeking sales tax exemption, you must complete Liquidity Services’ tax exemption form(s). We recommend doing this prior to the auction’s closure or before making payment. To do so, please visit Liquidity Services' Tax Exemption Submission Tool.

The buyer is responsible for all aspects of pick-up / removal, including but not limited to packing, loading, transportation and exporting. Note: Shipping is NOT available.
Property can be removed by appointment only Monday through Friday between the hours of 8am-3pm (we are closed on Fridays during the summer). Appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer's Certificate. If any item(s) is not removed within the allotted timeframe, the item(s) may be declared abandoned.
The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. Please keep in mind that the college reserves the right to turn bidders away who do not have the proper attire, equipment, and transportation to remove and transport items. Individuals providing labor to remove items from our campus must be 18 or older. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate.

Guaranty Waiver. All property is offered for sale 'AS IS, WHERE IS.' Joliet Junior College, IL makes no warranty, guaranty or representation of any kind, expressed or implied, as to the merchantability or fitness for any purpose of the property offered for sale. Please note that upon removal of the property, all sales are final.
Description Warranty. Seller warrants to the Buyer that the property offered for sale will conform to its description. Any claim for misdescription must be made prior to removal of the property. If Seller confirms that the property does not conform to the description, Seller will keep the property and refund any money paid. The liability of the seller shall not exceed the actual purchase price of the property.
