ITEM DESCRIPTION: This is a modular stall barn that measures approx. 36.5ft X 36.5ft in total. Each side consists of 3 various panels. Looks as if the building bolts together. Departmental staff said they remember the building has been moved before from a different location. (Hay and various other tack & items will be removed prior to the sale ending and are not part of the sale). Building needs to be gone before classes start in August.
LOCATION is at the Smithfield Equine Facility located off Smithfield Road on the VA Tech campus. Please note: There is NO physical address for this location, so the default location is the Surplus warehouse. Buyer responsible for all aspects of loading. Please refer to the pictures. We strongly encourage you to come inspect before bidding. Chad or Ron can get potential bidders to the location when they arrive.
Please, inspect before bidding. Buyer is responsible for ALL DISMANTLING, LOADING AND REMOVAL.

If using a 3rd-Party agent; buyer must notify seller prior to item removal. Buyer must notify Ron Barrett (ronald@vt.edu) by email with name of person picking up item(s). The buyer must provide agent with a faxed copy of buyer's certificate, including their signed authorization to release their items. Person picking up will be required to sign the Bill of Sale.
CONDITIONS OF REMOVAL: Removal is by Appointment with 24-hour notice. If additional time is needed for pickup, it must be approved by Ron Barrett, ronald@vt.edu by email BEFORE the item is purchased.
